** All data is stored on our server in an encrypted/compressed form. The storage quotas referenced here refer to the compressed size of your data that actually gets transferred to our server. The actual amount of data that you will be able to store will vary. This is due to the compression varying on different types of data files. Normal compression levels will usually allow you to store between 2 to 5 times the actual data size on your computer. The backup client software provides an estimator to help you calculate your storage requirements. Data storage limits refer to total amount of your data stored on our server at any time.
The right is reserved to refuse service to customer, and to cancel service within 30 days written notice. In the event service is canceled or refused, customer is not liable for charges for the previous 30 days. In the event of non-payment, access to your files will be blocked for backup and restoration. Customers discontinued for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal to one month's service plus full payment of all past due storage fees. Customer assumes all responsibilities for telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and toll calls if required.
